1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and Alpha66 ("Alpha66", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Alpha66 website located at https://alpha66.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Alpha66 is an online casino and sports betting platform that operates under international licensing and provides gaming services to eligible users, including players based in Malaysia. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and maintain an Account on the Alpha66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Alpha66 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gambling activities on the Platform. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person associated with Alpha66 or its affiliated game providers.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by Alpha66 or any third-party responsible gambling programme.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Alpha66 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify Alpha66 of any changes to your registered details promptly. Alpha66 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse credentials from other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify Alpha66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Log out from the Platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Alpha66 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where it reasonably suspects that account security has been compromised, false information has been provided, or these Terms have been violated.

Alpha66 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents typically include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, and proof of address dated within three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Alpha66 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; typically RM30 for e-wallets and bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Alpha66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Alpha66 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guaranteed: e-wallets typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers up to one business day; cryptocurrency 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• Alpha66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. VIP members may be eligible for elevated limits.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Alpha66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who have accepted the applicable terms at the time of claiming. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
3. Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet per round or hand applies — typically MYR 50. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
4. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino games, and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution tables.
5. Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the specified activation window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period, will be automatically forfeited.
6. Abuse: Alpha66 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to permanently restrict accounts found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on the Alpha66 Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by the specific rules published for each game or betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Alpha66 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• Alpha66 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing or software error has occurred, or where the outcome of an event has been materially misrepresented.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's recovery logic. Alpha66 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions outside its reasonable control.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Member's Account Balance. The Member is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Sports betting odds, lines, and markets are subject to change up until the relevant event commences. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation.
• Alpha66 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per day, which will be disclosed in the relevant game or market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
2. Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the Platform.
4. Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
5. Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activities ("money laundering"). Alpha66 is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system glitches. Any winnings arising from exploitation of an error are void and will not be paid.
7. Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
8. Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at Alpha66 staff or other users.
9. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account Balance to another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Alpha66 Platform — including but not limited to the Alpha66 name, logo, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Alpha66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from Alpha66.
• Use any Alpha66 branding, logos, or trade names in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha66 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising in connection with the Platform.
• Losses arising from network outages, server failures, or technical malfunctions beyond Alpha66's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses attributable to the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

Alpha66's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500 (whichever is lower), except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Alpha66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gambling

Alpha66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. We provide the following tools directly within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

12. Termination of Account

12.1 Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting Alpha66 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements, subject to confirmation that no wagering requirements remain outstanding.

12.2 Termination by Alpha66: Alpha66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority;
• Activity that Alpha66 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to pose a legal, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform.

In cases of suspected fraud or material breach, Alpha66 may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where Alpha66 terminates an Account without cause, any real-money balance will be returned to the User.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alpha66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact Alpha66 at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 days) to resolve the matter informally. Alpha66 commits to responding to all formal dispute notices within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant such action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Alpha66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with the updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of this page. Where a change is material, Alpha66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via in-Platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Alpha66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
